Very lively neighborhood with lot's of actives just outside the gate: bars, restaurants and various cultural venues. It's a 44 square meter big apartment with high ceiling and large windows. There is one big bedroom, a big kitchen with standard appliances (water bolier, french press, etc) and a washroom with a shower. It's spartanly furnished and cozy.
