This is a four bedroom brick house in Boliden, Skelleftea in Northern Sweden. This is one of 6 houses which were originally built for the directors of the Boliden Mining Company which is the largest employer in Boliden. Within half an hours drive of the property you will find the town of Skelleftea which has 3 shopping centres, a bowling alley and cinemas as well as plenty of places to eat. There is hiking and cycling in the local forest, fishing, canoeing, swimming and various other water sports on the county's 1500 lakes and rivers. In the winter you can ski (incl cross country) and snowmobile. Occasionally you may see the Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) but this is not guaranteed.
