The well equipped flat is situated in a quite well area of cologne, between the 'Aachener Weiher', a small lake in the University-region and the inner city. The nightlife of cologne is in within walking distance and plenty of nice restaurants, as a one star restaurant, make the appartment attractive as it is. Our pondhouse is a part of an ancient farm of the 17th century – very idyllic with a wonderful view over the rolling hills and the silhouette of the spire of the village church on the horizon. The situation is in between the borders to Germany and the Netherlands. The point of the three borders is very near (6 km). To the holiday home belongs a large, calm and completely fenced garden with a small playground for children: swing, slide, sandbox, basketball basket, net for volleyball and badminton and a rocking horse on a spring.
