With its entrance through a small furnished loggia at the front of the house, Erica is on the first floor and enjoys wonderful views of the panorama. Bigger than the other two, Erica has a large kitchen living room with a beautiful fireplace rescued from an old villa, and a lovely antique store cupboard.
