The cottage is within walking distance (7 minutes!) of beaches, yacht harbor and the SC Boardwalk as well as downtown Santa Cruz. Our neighborhood is perfect for strolling and biking to both casual and fine dining at local restaurants, shopping and just plain fun!! We have a beautiful private yard, fully stocked kitchen ( stove, microwave,toaster, coffee maker, full size refrigerator), separate full bedroom with quality linens, duvet and comfy pillows, bathroom, walk in closet and sunny living room as well as private deck ready for a relaxing getaway. We are quite close to the SC Metro bus line and there is plenty of easy parking on our side of the street
