We have a lovely 1-bedroom home with a bugalow-guest unit attached. Our santuary is our backyard with barbeque. We're in a quiet neighborhood, just 2-miles up from the Rio Del Mar Beach which is a nice bike ride away. We're also just over a mile from Highway one for easy access to travel. We have a full kitchen, living room and dining area and one bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed. Ideally located as a renowned resort area, our town offers easy access to Monterey & Carmel, both just a half hour away, and San Francisco in an hour and half. Take the Pacific Coast Highway up to SF and enjoy. Our tourist attractions include the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the Santa Cruz Boardwalk Amusement Park, and great surfing on the Monterey Bay.
