It has a reverse floor plan with the main living room, kitchen and master bedroom on the top floor. Though we have ocean views from all levels, it is this top floor that offers the best views. The deck has tables and chairs so you can relax here with your morning coffee or evening beverage. r n r nThe house has 8 bedrooms (4 Kings, 2 Queens, and 2 bunkrooms), 6 1/2 baths, and can sleep 19 in beds. Each of the 4 Kings and both Queens have flat-screen TVs. All 4 King mattresses are new, and all 8 bedrooms have new bedding. All 4 Kings and one of the Queens have private bathrooms.
