There is a railway station in the village. By train 2h to Barcelona, 1/2h to Girona or to the french border, 10 min to Figueres. In the surroundings you have nautic-, surf- and diving clubs and schools, natural parks, trecking, horse riding, golf fields, biking, night clubs, discotheques etc whilw living in quiet countryside with beautiful views over the fields to the sea and mountains. Apartment 20 meters from the beach with a superb view. You just go downstairs to get to the beach, not crowded even in high season. There are 2 other beaches nearby, at a 5 and 10 minutes walk along the coastal path. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a 5 minute walk. In Rosas, a 10 minute drive by car, there are all kinds of shops, restaurants and other entertainment. The coastal path underneath the house allows for hiking, for experts to Cadaqués through the nature reserve of Cap Creus, or to L'Escala. Other suggestions for excursions are Figueres with the Dali museum, the ruins of Empuries, the Aiguamolls parc.
