It has an open floor plan with one large bedroom with a queen size bed, and a convertible sofa in the living room with a full sized bed. There is a large bathroom with tub and shower. The fully functional kitchen includes dishware, cooking necessities and a full sized stove with oven, refrigerator and Keurig coffee machine (coffee pods are provided during your stay). All linens, cookware (pots, pans, dishes, etc) are provided. The guest house has all the conveniences of home including a full sized washer and dryer, . This is my amazing amazing guesthouse that is occasionally available for rent. I travel occasionally for music gigs and you can use the place while I am gone. The setup is a guesthouse, a private small house behind the main residence. This particular place was originally designed as an artist's studio by a professional architect and is really amazing- 15' ceilings, light coming in from all sides and even a barn door that can open up an entire wall if needed (since of course you will need this). Surface area is small but efficiently organized.
