North Padre Island is less commercialized, where you can find peace and serenity. If you want a quick get-a-way, Port Aransas and Corpus Christi are a 15 minute drive away. Port Aransas is a more commercialized, deep sea fishing community and has many restaurants, specialty shops and Riverboat Gambling in the Gulf of Mexico. T
