The flat is very big [85m2 floor] and beautiful after having been completely renovated. Situated in the Rue Mimont [which has this year been redeveloped] next to the train station. It is a 5 min walk from the Palais de Festival. We are in the center of Cannes so the beach, cafes, restaurant and bars and all very close by, The flat has a new kitchen with granite top and two new carrara marble tiled bathrooms.
