The Carriage House of Woodstock offers comfortable accommodations just one mile west of the village of Woodstock, Vermont, one of New England's premier tourist destinations. Eight rooms are uniquely furnished with a queen bed and private bath (some have whirlpool tubs and a TV). An additional room has a king size bed, fireplace, TV/VCR and whirlpool tub. A full breakfast (featuring homemade muffins, fresh fruit and a hot entrée) plus an afternoon snack are included in the room rates. When Thea's House was being constructed, we kept in mind your desire for privacy and comfort. Therefore, unlike most typical bed and breakfasts, we have a main floor residence which is completely separate from the part of our home that has been set aside for the use of our guests. The front door is your private entrance to the house, and you will then find your guest room accommodation located on the second floor. We were given a tour of the beautifully decorated and immaculate surroundings created by Sherry and Bruce. After the main house tour we were taken over to the Carriage House where our suite was located. Amazing does not describe what we found. The large suite was not only spotlessly clean but had all the little touches we did not expect in our room.
